I am proud to have an AWEP Certification® - Advanced Wilderness and Expedition Provider. This certification is given after a comprehensive course and designed to prepare physicians and other health care providers with an extensive background in key topics and practical skills needed to become a competent expedition, wilderness, or search-and-rescue medical provider. This gives you, participant to my photography tours, an additional level of safety. Also, I carry with me all time an InReach Explorer® device. This is a satellite communicator, allowing to initiate an SOS in case of an emergency which might require any sort of an evacuation.
